Praise can be directed towards the team as a whole as this will help spur encourage them to perform well even further in the future. In case there is an issue that has come into light for negative reasons, be passive in your approach and address it in a constructive way rather than criticizing directly.

Success is ensured when the right amount of teamwork is built. This way, employees will be more driven towards results and will prove their efficiency and productivity. Once this is achieved, profits and turnover will transpire. Eventually great things will be seen with the right approach and working environment.
